| Match Details: | What a glorious day after the rubbish we have had to put up with during the rest of August, beautiful sunshine warm and a nice ripple. Corey Wagstaff won from peg 11 with 62lb 08oz of Ide caught shallow on caster, second was Dave Stanniland with 48lb 04oz mainley Ide shallow with caster and some carp on soft pellet from peg 33 and Gig Parks was third with 44lb 02oz of Ide caught on worm on the deck from peg 17. |

| Match Details: | What an horrible day howling gale force winds put paid to any decent pole fishing with nearly everyone opting to fish the method feeder. It was a good close match with virtually every body having well into twenty pounds, with the conditions making casting a bit of a lottery the weights would have been a lot higher, the winner Pat Burkinshaw bucked that trend by catching in front of peg 36 from peg 35 and caught mainly carp on pole fished worm for 39lb 10oz, second was Craig Owen from peg 23 with 37lb 03oz of carp on the method feeder with pellet and corn hookbaits and third was Neil Owen with 33lb 04oz from peg 2 again on method with pellet. |

| Match Details: | A decent day, sunny and windy after all the rain of the week before, this with cooler temperatures as resulted in the water temperature dropping to just 15 degrees centegrade, this as knocked the Ide of the feed somewhat. D. Swift won from peg 14 with 56lb 04oz of Ide on maggot, second was M. Butler with 37lb from peg 36 again Ide on maggot and M. Stevens was third with 32lb 09oz again taken on pole and maggot. |

| Match Details: | A shocking day, it peed it down for most of the day which put paid to any good weights, it still fished quite well and close as usual. Matt Allen won today on is first visit to the water, armed with information from several times winner Mark Price from Stainny Angling, with 44lb 05oz of mainley Ide taken on caster fished on the deck from peg 8, second was Ken Bailey from peg 2 with 36lb 10oz of carp from down the margins and third was 12 year old Kadie Taylor (my grandaughter)who fished on Buddies peg 3 and caught 36lb 04oz of small carp on waggler with 6mm pellet. MATCH NEXT WEEK IS ON WEDNESDAY FOR ONE WEEK ONLY. |

| Match Details: | A beautiful day today, quite warm at times a nice sunny day without being too bright, if you know what I mean, and a good breeze blowing for most of the day although it did go flat at the top end low numbers and affected the fishing for the last couple of hours. The settled weather definately had an effect on the fishing with the weights being a lot higher than the last couple of weeks but the backup weights returned with the Ide deciding to have a go at long last, todays winner was Colin Day who drew hot peg 19 and made the most of it by catching all carp unlike yesterdays winner who caught Ide shallow, Colin had 86lb 10oz of smallish carp caught on the method feeder with pellet and pellet hook baits, second was Mark Waters with 70lb 08oz of Ide caught shallow at peg 14 on a top three with caster and maggot hookbaits and feed and third was Peter Cooper who had a mixed bag of carp and Ide for 60lb 10oz from peg 8, the Ide came to chopped wopm and caster and 9 carp down the edge on meat, then followed a 50lb and several 40lbs. |
